Proof Boxes
Proof boxes are an essential piece of equipment in many restaurants and bakeries. Win Holt offers a small line of quality electric proofers, from an economic model to a high-end model, which can meet the needs of most kitchens. Standard features of this line include both proof mode and heat mode, lexan windows built into the doors for clear view of interior, an air baffle that maintains even heat distribution, control panels on proofer exterior, plus heavy-duty casters and wheels (with two locking wheels), and bumpers to protect corners. All models are non-insulated, which is not going to affect the proofing process because the control panel can be set to your specific requirements.
