"We first saw these steak knives at a restaurant in Napa. CA. They are beautiful and well designed. The knives have thick handles that fit well in adult hands. They are very sharp and have a perfect point to cut meat. After using the knives in a restaurant setting, we ordered 2 dozen. We kept 14 for our home and gave 4 to each of our two sons and daughters in law. They make excellent gifts!"

"We prefer the stainless steel handles because they hold up well to continued abuse in the dish pit. Our knives get continues work yet come out looking as good as new."
