"These knives should be labled utility knives not just steak knives. The rounded tips make it possible to spread ingredients,, such as butter, jam, cream cheese, etc. I have used this knife everyday for years, but I only had one. I was so pleased to find them again. I gave some to my daughter and daughter in law and they love them. I would recommend these knives to everyone. "
