This 25” Non-Insulated Holding Cabinet (VHFA9) is a half-size holding and transport upright that with 9 levels to place hotel pans or sheet pans. For ease in the preparation process, the warmer includes a recessed control panel with simple “on” switches and a thermostat that adjusts from room temperature to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. The door of the unit is made from strong polycarbonate, a clear plastic with incredible strength that is highly resistant to stain, odor and impact. This clarity will stay with the door for years, giving you the ability to easily see inside the warmer and immediately know what it holds. For even heat distribution, a fan and air tunnel are included that can be switched on or off. Made from heavy-duty stainless steel, this cabinet is the only non-insulated item you will need for years of professional food service.
