The Restaurant Series 48” Gas Griddle (VCRG48-T) will provide the durability and dependability needed to match the production demand required from a commercial griddle. It features a 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate that measures 48” x 20 1/2”, deeper than most griddles, to increase production capabilities. It has four 25,000-BTU U-shaped burners with mechanical, snap-action thermostats to provide optimal heat control. A fully-welded stainless steel and aluminized steel chassis frame and 4 ½-quart stainless grease trough provides the backbone to support this kitchen workhouse for countless years of dependable service.
This unit requires clearance of 6 inches from combustible constructions on the sides and back of the unit. Adequate ventilation system is required for this equipment. The gas pressure regulator supplied with the unit must be installed. This product is for commercial use only.
