Product Description

The Vulcan 25” Cook and Hold Oven (VCH8) is a half size transportable unit that reaches 350° Fahrenheit for cooking and drops to 250° Fahrenheit to keep products fresh during transportation and event preparation. The stainless steel model is made with a tubular steel inner frame for increased durability and has a firm door latch fixed with silicone gaskets to provide longevity. This oven comes with solid state controls that can be set to operate automatically or manually and includes a digital display timer to prevent overcooking. For easy mobility, the oven has four 5-inch casters, two of which lock to stay in place during transport and once the destination is reached. To further aid in transportable cooking, the unit is fixed with handles near the top of the unit that can be used for pushing and lifting.
