The Vulcan 26” Full-Height Cook and Hold Oven (VCH16) is a full size transportable unit that reaches 350° Fahrenheit for cooking and drops to 250° Fahrenheit to keep products fresh during transportation and event preparation. Two separate doors and a single compartment make up the model to provide an accessible and convenient loading area for sheet pans and hotel pans. The stainless steel oven is made with a tubular steel inner frame for increased durability and has a firm door latch fixed with silicone gaskets to provide longevity. This oven comes with solid state controls that can be set to operate automatically or manually and includes a digital display timer to prevent overcooking. For easy mobility, the oven has four 5-inch casters, two of which lock to stay in place during transport and once the destination is reached.
