Vulcan-Hart (VCCB36) - 36" Gas Charbroiler

The 36” Gas Charbroiler (VCCB36) by Vulcan is a small spacesaver broiler made to make the most of your area and product a high quality product. This model is made up of 6 burners, each with one infinite heat control valve and features a full width front grease drawer for easy clean up. The grates are reversible to provide both a level boiling surface and a self cleaning surface depending on the product, and each blade includes a cast-in pitched grease trough to aid in fat run-off and to control flare ups. This product is stainless steel with heavy cast iron char-radiants and broiling grates and includes 4 inch adjustable legs.
