Vulcan-Hart's 40" Electric Convection Oven (VC4ED) comes with a bevy of features including a single oven deck with eleven position rack guides and five nickel plated racks, cool-to-the-touch oven door handle, porcelain coated stainless steel interior, 150°F to 500°F heating range and a 60 minute timer with buzzer. This oven will also bring a touch of style to any kitchen with its red details, painted legs and stainless steel construction. Plus, it so easy to work with because of its oven cool-down switch that rapidly cools interior when door is open, 180° independently operated doors and power level controls that adjust heat input to accommodate different foods.
