Customer Reviews

40" Double-Deck Electric Convection Oven is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome oven that works perfectly. Everyone loves it. It was a little complicated to hook up, it also had a wrong label stating amount of amps it used. It needs a 100 amp breaker, but the label said 12 amps for each. But, it worked out.

Customer Questions

Can you tell me the size of the oven when delivered? Is it delivered in two packages since it is a double deck? My concern is that the door to my commercial kitchen is 36" wide and somebody told me that the height of the two ovens is 31" when apart.

The 40" Electric Convection Oven (VC44ED) from Vulcan is shipped with the two ovens separate rather than pre-stacked. The height of each oven section when separated is only 31 inches, so if you turn the oven on its side, it will fit through a standard 36-inch door just fine.

Can this oven bake five racks at a time?
Asked by:
The Vulcan-Hart (VC44ED) - 40" Electric Convection Oven could actually hold 11 racks per oven, but this is probably not likely as it would not allow for the height of most pans. However five pans or racks in each oven would be fine as long as the pan height would allow them all to fit.
