The unit is constructed fully from stainless steel with an MIG welded frame for the utmost durability that stays relatively cool to the touch even during constant cooking operations. The burners are made from cast iron and feature lift-off heads for easy cleaning and individual pilots for reliability. Two standard full-sized ovens sit at the base of the unit, accommodating 1 rack in 4 possible positions for each oven.
