This 60” Gas Open Burner/Griddle-Broiler Top Restaurant Range (V260-2) from Vulcan-Hart is a superior unit with plenty of cooking and baking space for large commercial kitchens. The unit is constructed fully from stainless steel with an MIG welded frame for the utmost durability that stays relatively cool to the touch even during constant cooking operations. The burners are made from cast iron and feature lift-off heads for easy cleaning and individual pilots for reliability. A 24 inch griddle-broiler sits to the right of the cooktop, making this a highly versatile unit perfect for all types of foods throughout the day. A standard full-sized oven sits at the base of the unit, accommodating 1 rack in 4 possible positions. This quality model is powered by natural gas and is a sturdy, well-crafted option with unending options for the most efficient workspace possible.
