The 36” Electric Griddle (RRE36) from Vulcan-Hart is a high-end model from the Rapid Recovery Series and is ENERGY Star® compliant. This quality unit is made from stainless steel to ensure a sanitary, long-lasting piece of equipment. The 5/8-inch griddle plate is made to maintain a consistent and even temperature across its entire surface area with a high maximum temperature of 450 degrees Fahrenheit. This medium 36-inch model contains 6 tubular incoloy elements and 3 snap action thermostats. A grease drawer sits below the unit to guarantee fast and easy cleaning of the griddle.
