The 24” Gas Griddle (MSA24) is a heavy-duty and high-quality product from Vulcan-Hart. The griddle is made with concern for kitchen space and food output in mind, and was therefore designed with a low-profile 11” cooking height. This 24” model includes two U-shaped aluminized steel burners which are individually controlled to keep the griddle top at an even temperature for multiple projects. The temperature is adjustable up to a blazing 550 degrees Fahrenheit, so any food prep is possible. The griddle also comes standard with a removable grease drawer, ensuring a fast and efficient cleanup. With a fully welded stainless steel and aluminized steel composition, you can be sure that this hardy product will last through years of intensive commercial cooking.
