The 34" Even Heat Top Heavy-Duty Range (GH72S) is made by Vulcan, guaranteeing a quality and long lasting piece of equipment. The range features a double hot top with 4 burners to evenly heat the wide surface. The unit is made fully from stainless steel to resist rust and corrosion, and the composition facilitates sanitation as well. The range features 2 cast iron hot top sections, each which measures 17” in width and 23.5” in depth and includes its own control and individual pilot. The range sits atop a storage cabinet base to maximize space and provide a space to keep utensils, tools, serving materials and cleaning materials in a handy location directly below the range itself.
