The 34" Griddle Top Heavy-Duty Range (GH60TS) is made by Vulcan, guaranteeing a quality and long lasting piece of equipment. The range features a full griddle top made from a smooth ¾” thick stainless steel plate and includes a front grease trough with a removable grease collector for easy cleanup. Side splashers on each edge of the griddle help to keep grease contained and protect surrounding areas, and the units fully stainless steel composition is easy to clean and resists rust and corrosion. The range sits atop a storage cabinet base to maximize space and hold everything needed for preparation. This heavy duty model allows for mass production of griddle top items while saving space with a built-in oven.
