The Vulcan-Hart (EV36-S-6FP-480) 36” open burner restaurant range is an ideal choice for medium-sized commercial kitchens that many pots and pans for cooking. Rather than having an open, coiled heating element, like a lot of electric ranges, this model uses French plates. French plates are a single, solid piece of cast iron that will heat evenly across the surface and prevent spills from dripping below the cook top. Like all high-quality restaurant equipment, this range has a stainless steel exterior for added durability and easy cleanability.
