This series comes available as either gas or electric models and is perfect for making high volumes of delicious and nutritious meals. The units in this series feature a stainless steel exterior to prevent corrosion from the abundance of steam that is used to cook the food. Each model has two separate cooking compartments with coved corners to make sure that the air flow throughout the compartment is at its most efficient. The number of pan capacity per compartment is either three or five, depending on which size is selected. Each section has individual manual controls so that each compartment can cook at different temperatures.
