The 6-Pan Electric Convection Steamer (C24EA6) by Vulcan is a two compartment model with a cabinet base and atmospheric generator. Made from type 304 stainless steel, this durable item lasts for years while resisting harmful rust and corrosion. For the best possible product every time, the steamer features a SuperHeated system that delivers water from a 5 psi stainless steel steam generator. Each compartment has a separate 60 minute time, helping to guarantee the perfect cooking time and ensure that overcooking never occurs. To further prolong the life of your product, the unit is fixed with a semi-automatic de-liming cycle control and a timed Smart Drain System. The cabinet base is water tight so anything can be stored safely and conveniently.
