The 5-Pan Electric Convection Steamer (C24EA5 DLX) by Vulcan is a single compartment model with the ability to sit on a countertop or be attached to a stand. Made from stainless steel, this durable item lasts for years while resisting harmful rust and corrosion. A 60 minute timer is included to alert the kitchen of finished product and maintain a consistent product.  For the best possible product every time, the steamer features a high output steam generator and a timed Smart Drain System to prevent overcooking.
