The 21” Gas Freestanding Fryer (1GR85C-1) is the largest of the Vulcan freestanding fryers with a deep 19.5 inch fry tank and the ability to support a high-output business. Made from stainless steel, the fryer is made to last long through intensive production and years of service. Computer controls with digital character display are featured on this completely programmable unit, preventing overcooking and allowing concentration to be focused elsewhere. The fryer has a 70-85 pound capacity and comes standard with two baskets. Fish, fries, chicken and other fried items will consistently reach perfection in even the busiest of kitchens with this advanced model.
