Product Details

When baking, the wrong combination of tools and ingredients can be disastrous. This 17-3/4" x 12-7/8" Half-Size Sheet Pan - 13 Gauge - Wear-Ever® (5314) from Vollrath combines a sturdy build and high quality aluminum to deliver consistent results. Dents in pans can create hot spots, causing dough to cook unevenly. Built from 13 gauge, 3004 aluminum, this pan is dent and hot spot-resistant and the tapered design makes for easy stacking. The concave bottom of the pan flattens out during heating for optimal heat distribution.
