"Although ordering sheet pans from this company takes over 4 weeks to deliver, the quality for the price you pay is satisfactory. The customer service is great too. Just wish when placing the order there would be a disclaimer that the product takes ___ weeks to deliver. "

"Great pan, use for every day cooking, pizza's, cookies, roasting vegi's. I love them as when they are baking in the oven, the tray does not warp, evenly bakes. I use brillo pads to keep them shiny and new, and will never purchase any more department store cookie sheets!"

"These trays are of excellent quality and with the use of parchment paper the clean-up is quite simple. We use them especially for our annual Christmas cookie bakes as well as most other similar baking needs. They keep their "new" appearance well. They make excellent gifts and are most appreciated by those we have given them to."

"I have had these pans since 1998 and have purchased two additional since then to help accommodate my holiday cookie baking better. I give them as gifts as "one of my favorite things." I love them and would not use any other pan for my cookie baking needs. The lipped edge is also useful for baking juice-rendering meat and also as an overflow catch for chicken pot pies, etc."

"The quality is great as is the price. The pan is durable, a good weight and doesn't warp from the oven heat. The pan is of good construction, easy to use and efficient. The foods I've baked on it, cookies and pizza, have come out perfect; no darkening of them or the pan itself! I wish I'd known about these years and many pans ago. I certainly recommend them."

"This baking sheet is made well. It held up to broiling temps without bending or twisting like those other baking sheets I've purchased at my local store; and for the price you can't beat it. I also like the fact that these sheets are made here in the US and not China. "

"Wonderful pans, will definately be buying more, I bake alot of cookies. These pans are well made and make my baking easier and at the price I can afford to have many pans. My main baking is sugar cookies and with the silpat liners these pans are perfect."

"These are the best cookie sheets I have ever used. They are heavy duty, don't warp or bend, and are easy to clean. Cookies brown nicely. If I use a cookie scoop, I can get two dozen on a pan. If making bars, don't use a sharp knife to cut them. You may damage the finish of the pan. It will not affect the quality of the pan, just the look."

"Mostly what I wanted, nice heavy aluminium half baking sheet. Fits nicely in my oven. But, I was looking for something without edges and I haven't had them long, so I'm only giving it a recommended instead of outstanding. But for heavy aluminium, the price is outstanding."

"Excellent heavy duty pan....better than standard lower weight sheet pans and excellent value. Be sure to line with parchment paper for easy clean up while baking cookies and no sticking. I have purchased lower quality and lower priced pans in the past and recommend a few extra pennies for this weight."

"A great pan that doesn't warp. Easy to clean. Has a nice edge just weighs enough to be sturdy but not extra heavy. Holds in heat and browns cookies well. Would purchase again for myself and friends. The half sheet size is just right for my home oven. "

"Does not seem to cook as evenly as other cookie sheets that I am currently using. Although most of the other sheets that we are using on a daily basis are non-stick. I'm not sure if the shiney finish has anything to do with it but the cookies seem to brown on the bottom faster than they cook on the top"

"I love these cookie sheets because everything I bake on them comes out delicious!!! I have used other similar cookie sheets but they are not the same quality as these. These do not warp, even if you use high heat and they are easy to clean. I recommend them highly!"

"Well, okay--I'm semi-professional. I cook for parties large and small and just LOVE the pans. I got both half- and quarter sheet sizes and find them to be the best sheet pans I've ever owned. I sent 3 of my old pans right to the recycle bin when these arrived and in future will always buy these pans! Easy clean up too!!"

"Bought 2 half-size sheet pans and am contemplating on buying 2 more. They are sturdy and easy to clean. They are the perfect size for Silpat mats. Bought them for sheet cake baking. My old pans warped as soon as they got hot, not good, but have used them for roasting meats and veggies and in candy making. It is so nice to have a product that is attractive, affordable, and best of all works."

"These sheets are terrific for baking cookies. They bake more evenly, more predictably, and are easier to handle than the lighter weight supermarket baking sheets, which warp so easily. I also have a 9 x 13 cake pan of the same brand, this website, and it too is a terrific product. I'm sold!"

"it's good, it's thick, heats evenly. thank you for making a half sheet pan that is quality. It seems to me that a company that starts with quality, and advertises as such will gain customers. Passing off inferior quality as superior with fluffy meaningless adjectives just makes me mad and I move away from that company and just move on and I don't go back. So thank you for spelling out the specification of this pan. "

"Bought these baking sheets for holiday baking. They are a good heavy weight and don't bend and twist like cheaply made. brands you buy at the store. cookies and Poppy seed rolls baked evenly. Price also was very resonable compared to other baking sheets I looked up on the net. bought one for my sister and she liked it also. Would definnitely recommend this product."

"Plenty of room for roasting all the veggies that are so good this time of year. Items seem to carmalize more evenly than with my older, lighter weight sheet pans. These pans are also easier to clean. Despite many uses since buying, they still look like new."

"I bought these at Food Service Warehouse because the ones offered in retail outlets are usually of a thinner gauge. They are also often not all aluminum, but rather "aluminum coated" or "treated" "metal" or iron. These pans are solid aluminum, heavy and sturdy, heat conductive. Order also handled in highly professional manner. Thank you."

"Heavy enough gauge; sturdy metal (scrubs nicely); SEEMS to be even in heat distribution; rim is nice; not too heavy to carry, but heavy enough for cooking; has not warped yet!!!!; the rim height is perfect to form a low rim but be able to grip when carrying; that's all for now!! "

"I have worked in restaurants and as a breakfast chef at a resort and used this type of pan many times. I always wanted to have some for home use but had never obtained any. I love these pans! they are heavy duty enough that they don't flop and bend with heavier loads; they are extremely easy to clean and maintain. Just happen to be the right size for most rolls of parchment paper and bake everything to perfection. I would recommend them to anyone professional or amateur; and would recommend owning several!"

"I am throwing all of my other sheets out. I have noticed a dramatically improved difference in how my food is baking on these sheets. Plus, they clean like a dream and they're not even "non-stick"! There is no substitute for high quality items and these sheets have made me happy. I bought four and while I only seem to use 1, constantly and nearly daily, when the big cooking jobs come for holidays and birthdays I know I have reliable evenly cooked food coming."
