I like the knife better than other knives i've owned. I open lots of wellfleet oysters which are long and difficult to open, this knive seems to make it easy. The handle is rectangular in shape and very comfortable compared to round handled knives. I thought it was supposed to a rubber handle, but it seems to be hard plastic which is probably more sanitary. good knife.

Great knife. The slightly curved end easily pops open the hinge of the oyster. Red handle is great to identify your knife when at a party too. Just an overall fantastic knife at an amazing price point. I am going to order more for myself and friends.
