"I have used many different types of commercial stoves throughout my lifetime and I have never had one that cooks so fast and easy. Baking is a pleasure now and when you are cooking daily to feed 40-60 people lunch it is very important that you can complete it in an hour to an hour and a half to be ready to serve at eleven am."
