Product Details
Many authentic Mexican dishes from fajitas to steak are served with a side of tortillas. Sometimes they are used to hold meat and other ingredients, as in the case with fajitas, or just served with the meal to sop-up excess sauces. In order to keep these tortillas warm for your patrons, Update International recommends using its Tortilla Warmer (TK-85). This polypropylene plastic warmer is microwaveable, making it simple to warm your customers’ tortillas in just a few seconds.

"I bought one of these as an experiment, I'm glad I didn't buy more. I use an 8" flour tortilla, so it makes sense that an 8.5” warmer would work. I find that it is slightly smaller than my 8" tortillas. I have not taken the time to measure what is at fault, but the packaging for the tortillas says 8", so be aware!"

"It is a tortilla warmer, nothing more, nothing less. This tortilla warmer is made for commercial use and is extremely durable. It will last a lifetime. The round shape combined with the orange (anaranjado in espanol) is very inspiring when bringing warmth to your tortilla. "

"They hold the heat and heat up well. Also hold up to 10 homemade flour tortillas. The only thing that was a little discouraging was that the two steam or vent holes in them could make the product too moist inside. The condensation after 2 hours holding would ruin the tortillas too. So just keep an eye on them and this product works great."
