I'm American, even if now I live in Italy. This is a product that my mom has always owned because she had an Italian restaurant in Palenville, New York. Then,when she came back, she brought everything she had, and these items really last a long time!
A little on the lightweight side and after using a heavier size unit would definite rather have the heavier size tong.
