Stock pots are a staple of any professional kitchen. Their large size allow it to be a versatile vessel for making soups, stews, chilies, broths, stocks or pastas. Update International’s 32-qt. induction ready stainless steel stock pot with cover (SPS-32) is excellent for making a large batch of your restaurant’s signature soups. This NSF-Listed SuperSteel® stock pot features a 3-ply bottom consisting of two layers of stainless steel surrounding a 5mm aluminum core. This results in superior strength and heat distribution, and allows the pan to be used on induction ranges.

I am a home brewer, and this pot is fantastic. No more scorching with that cheap thin stainless steel pot that I got with the brewing kit. My wife is also looking at this for making big batches of soup, stew, chilli, etc. I would reccommend this for anyone looking for a large quality stainless steel pot. And what a deal I got on this on black Friday. Can't say enough good things about the product, the deal, and the customer friendly website.
I bought this pot for home brewing and for steaming crabs. It's an excellent choice for both purposes. Heavy steel, induction-ready, even heating, solid construction. The handles are both welded and riveted. The price is right. I looked at cheaper pots but they were not as well-made or durable.
We're a busy family so I like to make big batches of different stews and sauces and freeze individual packages to use at a later date. I chose the stainless steel so I could set the whole pot in the refrigerator to cool off over night before bagging. I definatly recommend this product
I bought this pan to use when cooking for big groups. It works fabulously. I enjoyed how evenly the heat was distributed throughout the bottom of the pan so as not to burn my food. The pan is made of high quality workmanship and is a joy to use. I would recommend this pan to anyone.
This is the second sauce pot that I have purchased and both are great. The tri-clad bottom is invaluable when cooking sauces. Cleanup time for the pots is minimum and cook time is reduced. Definitely recommend these pots. Great value for a tri-clad, stainless sauce pot.
I love this stockpot! I make large quantities of soup and chili and never had a pot large enough to hold it all with room to stir. This stockpot is perfect. It's heavy duty so it doesn't burn on the bottom like the lightweight ones do. I would recomend it to anyone.
Really a nice pot. Very heavy bottom which resulted in even heating. Easy to clean. Turned out to be really good value for the price. Was very easy to purchase. Delivery was made exactly as promised. Would consider doing business with this company again.
Good value. Heavy gauge steel, well-riveted handles. More expensive stock pots at local kitchen supply stores had spot-welded handles.
This Update International 32 Qt Induction Ready Stainless Steel Stock Pot w/Cover (SPS-32) is 15" from rim to rim, so that would be considered outside diameter.
