A: This chafer includes everything necessary to make it operational including the fuel holder, water pan, lid. stand and food pan.

A: This Stainless Steel Rectangular Stackable Chafer (SSC-19) comes with a single-compartment food pan included. Q: What fuel works with this pan?
A: This chafing dish can be powered by any standard chafing fuel. The fuel holders are 3.5" in diameter and 2.5" in height, so any canned fuel that fits these dimensions would be suitable for powering the chafer.

"Well made of formed stainless steel: base is secure which is important due to the weight of the water tray. This chafing dish kept sliced turkey and dressing well heated without drying it out during a Thanksgiving buffet. Serviceable, attractive in a utlitarian sort of way and an excellent value."
