"This 20 qt stainless steel brazier is great. We have a large extended family and I was tired of cooking in two pans whenever we had family over for dinner. Now everything fits perfectly in the brazier. Cleanup is a breeze! I highly recommended it."

"It is not easy finding pans that are this big and have the quality that this pan has. It is thick, heavy, and feel expensive. The craftsmanship is out of this world. I know that this is something that I will have for years and years to come. I say if anyone is iffy about acquiring this, don't be. It is a lifetime investment you won't have to buy anymore of the same kind because it will endure."

"The thick base heats evenly and reduces the chance of burning foods on a hot spot. The large width allows sauces, etc. to be reduced quickly."

"Love this Brazier! It has been perfect for braising all kinds of dishes -- osso buco, short ribs, lamb shanks, etc. It's very heavy duty, can easily stand up to very high heat, and is induction-ready. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a brazier."
