"We are a continuing education center and serve refreshments every evening to our lifeling learning students. We have an alternative use for our pizza screen. This product is used in the bottom of our ice bowl and helps to keep the cubes up and out of the water. Works like a charm!"

"These screens are durable and reliable; they are perfect for the job. I use them to build my pizzas and then part bake in the oven. The key to keeping them long lasting is to spray a little oil on the top side before cooking and avoid getting them wet when cleaning."

"I use the pizza screen not only for pizza but w/flatbread, rolls and regular bread. Wet the outside of the roll or bread and pop in the oven and it's like fresh baked bread. Pizza made on the flatbread."
