"I didn't want to spend a lot but wanted quality. I saw the reviews were good and decided to give it a try. I am truly impressed by quality and feel for such an inexpensive knife. The weight is perfect and has a nice thin but solid blade! I find myself using it more than my very expensive knives!"

"So far this knife is holding up very well. The blade is sharp when it comes and can be sharpened further as needed, a very solid blade. It certainly is better than most knives you would get from a local retail store and then when you throw in the comparatively low cost, this knife is a great deal. I'm not convinced this knife is much more than a secondary chef’s knife, but I am hoping to be surprised. So far it has been a great addition to our kitchen."
