"These were gifts and the response was very good. The flatness of the pans was critical to efficient use on the ceramic top stove. The weight of the pans is very good. Not some flimsy, easily dinged metal. The heat transmission rate is excellent, must be a very appropriate alloy for this product. Not all aluminums are equal. Good handles, well-fitting covers. The handle size is good for ease of holding with liquids that you don't want to slosh over the edge and then is good for pouring into another container or baking dish. The upper edge of the pans is conducive to good pouring without any dribble."
