"I like cooking with heavy duty professional products so I thought I would try out your frying pan. The pan exceeded my expectations and the surface is truly nonstick. I have ordered another and plan on replacing all of my existing Caphlon with these pans."

"Even heat, doesn't scorth even at highest heat, browns evenly, no hot spots, handle stays cool, easy to clean. No hint of flavor from pan to food. Excellant value -- performs better than pans costing up to ten times more expensive. Larger pan excellant for groups"
