"Great product, very well constructed, heats and cooks evenly, great non-stick surface. I feel that this pan is a great value and is a much higher quality than the price reflects. "Even heat, doesn't scorth even at highest heat, browns evenly, no hot spots, handle stays cool, easy to clean. No hint of flavor from pan to food. Excellant value -- performs better than pans costing up to ten times more expensive. Cleans so well that can clean between courses and use for next items"
