"My first new baking sheets in years, and they're great. They are very sturdy and the shininess keeps things from burning. I've used them for a couple of batches of cookies and they performed flawlessly. My only complaint is the hard-to-remove labels stuck on the backs of them. "

"I have used these pans almost daily since I bought them. They have a strong rolled edge. They heat up evenly , Having bought sheet pans before I was never satisfied with the way they bent when heated up. The pans from FSW are strong and don't do this.I would recommend them for all baking needs."

"Good sturdy pan, I got tired of the flimsy local store pans. The pan is great and we use it almost every meal. It is a lot more sturdy than any pan I have ever purchased before. Now I am looking to purchase more items from FSW, now that I know the quality is excellent."

"Great product, works well, and the cost was great. I am going to school for my pastry certificate and these pans work as great as the ones we use in class. I am able to make up what we made in class using this item. Would highly recommend these to others. "

"Solid sheet pan, half-size. Edges on inside and outer are rolled; they are of great quality for the price. Great finish on these with minimally rounded corners. They are great and versatile for all kitchen and baking needs throughout my day. Chemical dishwashers will cause some of the sheen to come off."

"Nice sturdy pan with mutliple uses. Scratches easily when washing, but does not affect performance. Only wish they were made of stainless steel instead of aluminum. But, overall, the most durable, mutli-purpose baking pans I have found for the price! "

"Shiny aluminum is the best for even cookie browning and these are no disappointments. Haven't burnt a batch yet and my Christmas cookies got rave reviews....all 36 batches of them. Even the sugar crystals that bake on come off easily. Great product"

"These trays are very sturdy, easy to keep clean, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them for frequent household use and expect them to last many years. They are durable and do not flex with heat or usage. I would not hesitate to re-order these trays."

"I LOVE these pans!! They are everything they were said to be and more...they heat evenly, they clean up in minutes and they hold the right amount of cookies, snacks, meatballs, etc, for every event I've had to/wanted to cook for. I highly recommend them. Buy these pans!!!"

"My daughter and I run a home baking business. We just completed our first Christmas with use of a bakery cart. I ordered your pans to allow us to cut out, bake, cool and dry icing on our hand-decorated cookies. We are so excited to have these pans! The cookies do not stick, EVER. The pans have good even heat conduction and they clean up nicely. And, the best part was the reasonable price and free shipping for November! "

"I bought these as a gift. I work in a kitchen and use this type of pan often. These pans are just as good if not better than the pans we use. These are heavy and well made. They will last a long time in the home kitchen they were bought for. I think my recipient will be very pleased."

"These aluminum baking pans are sturdy and durable. I use them to bake pumpkin rolls for family and friends, and the rolls always bake consistently and beautifully. I've also done cookies on them, and again, consistently wonderful. Did I mention how easy they are to clean? I know these pans will last for many years."

"Very good product at a great price. I use it for grilling as well as in the kitchen and find it's the perfect size for racks of ribs. It's great for preventing oven drips. "

"In the summer I use these for slow-roasting tomatoes when my garden comes in. They are also great for hauling my mise en place to the grill for grilled pizza, or anything else. I bought four for use in my home, and it's a rare day when I don't use at least one."

"This pan is great. It is so nice to have a pan large enough to catch all the drips and spills in the oven and I can bake a lot more cookies at one time than I could before. I will soon be getting another one so I can use both racks in my oven."

"We use this pan for a variey of things, so I would have to say it is extremely versitale. When we bake cookies and scones on it, we do use parchment paper, in hopes to prolong the life of the pan and for easy clean-up. "
