"This unit has better features than other similar units I have used. I really like the recessed pans, which helps protect against temp. loss. There are lots of pans which makes it versatile. We use it for bagel spreads, eggs, salsa, butter, jam, etc. Next to this unit we have a hot burrito bar so we can store the guacamole in the mega top.
We took the metal top doors off the unit so people can see what is in the pans from the customer side, and replaced the doors with lexan plastic pieces with handles. These new plastic doors lay pretty much right on top of the pans, which keep it cold a"
