"I purchased this burner to make wort. I am a brewmaster and need to bring 5 gallons or more of water to boil in a timely manner. This burner has the btus to do it nicely. 2 adjustable burner rings and can be had to use propane or natural gas. If you use large pots and need heat you cant beat this burner."
