These fresh-ingredient prep tables will hold your sandwich and salad toppings at an ideal 33 to 39 degrees, ensuring food is held at a safe temperature. They are also UL listed and NSF approved, so you probably do not need to worry about meeting health codes when it comes to this equipment.

These Turbo Air salad and sandwich tables include a space near the back for 1/6 size, 4 inch deep food pans, which are included. The front portion includes a work space that can be used as a cutting board or for putting together ingredients. The bottom portion of the prep table consists of a cooled cabinet area where you can store fresh produce and other ingredients for your table.
