These prep tables from Turbo Air provide your kitchen with the perfect workspace for prepping and topping pizzas. It includes 1/3 size condiment wells for holding your ingredients and keeping them cool. An insulated pan cover is also included, and will increase the efficiency with which your prep table refrigerates your toppings when not in use.

These pizza prep tables will keep your ingredients within the temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The front area of the prep table consists of a cutting-board work space that is almost 20 inches deep, so it can fit even large or jumbo pizzas. The bottom includes a refrigerated storage area, constructed completely of stainless steel on both the inside and out.
