When selecting a True undercounter freezer, you will want to consider both the overall size as well as where the air vents are. These units are designed to easily fit underneath a counter, unfortunately, not all countertops are the same height. Be sure to measure your counter’s height and select a model that will easily fit underneath. For shorter countertops, there are some low-profile models available. The overall width is also important to consider, so you know there will be enough clearance for proper air flow.
There are some True undercounter freezers that are front breathing, meaning the air is taken in and expelled through front-side air vents, so you do not need to worry about extra side or back clearance. However, be sure to double check where the air vents are, because True has some units that have vents on the side, too.
