Salads and sandwiches are a part of virtually every food service operation. The 61" Mega-Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table (TSSU-60-15M-B) is a useful unit from True. This mid-sized model features a surface that is divided between an area for storing 15 small food pans and a side that is for food prep. The stainless steel construction means it will hold up to moisture, impact and time while retaining its like-new shine. The 2-cabinet base is refrigerated and insulated, so everything you need can be on-hand in one convenient location for the most efficient and freshest creations possible. A thick removable cutting board sits at the front of the unit and is removable for cleaning, and features an overhanging design so you can simply wipe it off when needed. A lid can be positioned upright and easily closed over the food portion of the table to retain a sanitary work environment.
