This 110" Chef Base (TRCB-110) is the largest standard chef station available from True—a perfect unit for chefs who require frequent access to refrigerated items. The surface of the unit is broad and smooth, making a perfect heavy-duty placement for griddles, charbroilers and other countertop cooking items. The fully stainless steel composition means it will last long and remain strong even in the toughest workplace environment. The drawers beneath the countertop are refrigerated for storage of produce, meat, cheese and more. To ensure that all aspects of the unit are easy to keep clean, the drawers slide out on rollers and are removable without any tools.
