With a stainless steel exterior, the True 55" Solid Door Reach-In Refrigerator (T-49) is an enduring and sleek addition to your kitchen. The stainless steel will not rust or corrode throughout the life of the machine and it will retain its brilliant luster with little maintenance. The interior of the unit is constructed from bright white aluminum and includes a stainless steel floor with coved corners. The entire cabinet is insulated with Ecomate, an earth-friendly high-density material that has no impact on the ozone or global warming. Two full doors open from the center of the unit, providing maximum interior space for even the widest of objects.

"It's a good unit and True's services is tops. The unit was great for about 4 days until it got up to 65 degrees and stayed there. But when I was in a panic the next morning and called True's service number I actually spoke with a human who did great and was able to calm me down and give me tips on how to best preserve the product in the unit. The repair guy came out an hour later and had it working great in 10 minutes. It was a simple relay that had malfunctioned. It's a good unit and True's services is tops."

"We are a clinical laboratory and temperatures have to be very stable. With the T-49 we get that! It looks fantastastic. The stainless steel doors are easy to clean. The refrigerator maintains temperature extremely well and the construction is tough. Easy to reach in and pull reagents and supplies needed"

"Seems to be a pretty good product. We ordered two units and one had some minor damage upon arrival. However the damage was a minor dent in the back of one of the units and seems to be working fine. They have been in use for a few weeks now and all is well, so far."

"Our T-49 brings everything you would expect of a $2K-$3K refrigerator. I especially like the fact that True is a great old American manufacturer still making great products with durability. Our unit was expertly crated, and arrived via common carrier. It was easy to unpack and easy to roll once we got the casters on. The casters are not made by True, and one immediately broke. We are replacing the casters with legs, as it wiggles around too easily on wheels anyway, brake or no brake. A wire had rattled lose in shipping, but once fixed by a local True tech, it fired right up and works great!"
