True Solid Door Refrigerators

Home > True > True Commercial Refrigerators > True Solid Door Refrigerators
Few commercial kitchens would be able to get by without a few standard refrigerators with solid doors. Oftentimes these units are placed right on the cook line, so employees can quickly access more ingredients. The most important thing to consider when looking for a True solid door refrigerator is the series number.
All True solid door refrigerators maintain a 33 to 38 degree holding temperature, and they all come with three shelves per cabinet section. The only major difference that exists between models (other than size) is the type of metal that was used during construction.

The TS and TR series are considered the top-of-the-line models because the interiors and exteriors are all stainless steel. This makes them easier to clean and resistant to dents and scratches. TA-Series models still have the strong all-stainless steel exterior, but with aluminum interior walls and back. Finally, the T, TM and TG series all have a stainless steel exterior front with aluminum sides and top. The interiors of these units have aluminum walls and backs but a stainless steel floor. The TG series also has a stainless steel door liner.
