One of the features that make True glass door merchandisers the best is the oversized cooling system. Rather than using a small compressor and motor to keep the cabinet just below 40 °F. True’s compressor and evaporator coils are about half again as large as other brands. The larger cooling system does not work as hard as smaller units, so it does not use as much energy.
