When selecting a model, consider the overall width, drawer capacity and weight bearing capacity to make certain it will suit your needs. The width will let you know if the unit will actually fit in the available space. If not, you will either have to do a little kitchen rearranging or select a smaller model. Each drawer accommodates a certain number of full-size pans. There is one removable pan divider included with each drawer.
Since these units are going to be used to hold larger, heavier pieces of preparation equipment, you will want to make sure the unit can actually support the implements you intend to put on it.
