The only suggestion I would have would be that I wish there were more size options. Not all stove tops have the same dimensions. With the size I purchased, it does not completely my stove top and it does not take full advantage of my burners.

Closest thing to a flat top, and I love cooking in carbon steel. Heats evenly and holds it nicely. It has taken a couple of tries to convince my dishwasher how to care for it, but I think he's got it now. I would definitely recommend for a professional kitchen without a flat top. Seems like it would also be great to have on a camping trip (car camping that is, not hiking).

This kettle works great for soup in our coffee shop! It is easy to use and keeps the soup hot. It is also easy to clean and looks nice! I would highly recommend this kettle!

This soup crock takes an extremely long time to reach temperature, hours, and it seems unlikely it would be able to actually cook the soup as stated. I used it for Mexican Pasole soup and everything was precooked so it wasn't an issue. I will say that this is a very good looking piece of equipment and holds an ample quantity for a party.

I use these in our Turbo Chef for fish and meats. I preheat them in our Turbo Chef before use and they sear the flesh and help keep the meat juicy. They wash well and have not shown signs of rusting as of yet. I would recommend this product as it is completely indestructible!

The cast iron skillets make a nice dish presentation for our customers. These skillets keep the food hot for awhile, so our customers last bite is as warm and tasty as their first bite.

They work as advertised and are better than the thick ones because they are disposable (restaurant use). We were using eastern red "cedar" not really cedar a kind of juniper. Better color but has toxic oils. We cold smoke first partially cooking then finish to order in oven and serve on the plank.

This product is an inexpensive way to serve prepared fish with vegetable and starch all on the same board . The presentation is superb and the product holds up well on the charbroiler.
