"These tongs are strong, durable, and do not bend when picking up heavy items. I personally use these tongs for grilling and cooking at home. Our business also sells these tongs to physical therapy clinics that use them to pull moist hot packs from a heating unit. For these purposes, the heavy duty construction is ideal for lifting such a heavy product. "
