"The ice core pitchers are the perfect answer to keeping beverages such as juices and milk properly chilled during the food service hours of a brunch or luncheon. Not only do they keep the beverage chilled, they don't dilute the liquid as does the tradition of adding ice cubes. And, the ice core pitchers are not messy as is the case with placing a pitcher in a bed of ice. And, with the lid in place there is the added benefit of reduced contamination that can befall an open pitcher. We loved our first one intended for juice so much that we had to place another order to use for milk service. "
